Whitney Houston Not Performes In Paris Concert:Singer Whitney Houston has scrapped her Paris concert at the last moment, complaining of a "respiratory infection". The 46-year-old diva, who has battled drug problems in the past, postponed the gig on her doctor''s advice, reported Sun online.
"Whitney was excited to open her European tour in Paris and deeply regrets having been forced to postpone the show. Whitney and her band apologise that the show has to be rescheduled on such short notice," said a statement issued by the singer''s representatives.
The ''Dance With Somebody'' hitmaker prompted health fears in Australia in February when some fans complained she was struggling to hit the high notes. Her much awaited tour will now kick off in Manchester on Thursday and the Paris date will be rescheduled.
